These are our "unforgettable friends", dogs we
owned, dogs we bred that lived in wonderful homes, our joys, our
love, our companions. We shared such memorable times, we laughed,
we played, we cried... and we did it together.
Joshua
and Summer are waiting at the rainbow bridge, until we will meet
again.
Too
Fit left us suddenly in September 2003. We still struggle with
the loss of dear Too Fit... life can be so unfair to living
beings.
Brooke
left us on April 27, 2005 at the age of 13 years. At that time,
she was a retired great great grandmother, keeping busy by
watching over her children & grandchildren. Brooke is now
buried on our hill where she can continue to watch over us and
her legacies.
Angel
left us suddenly at the "young" age of thirteen. When
she retired, she spent her days living the "life of
Riley", with a wonderful family... Dorothy and Ann.
Sailer
was unfortunately not able to join our breeding program, and with
all the strength and courage I had, I placed her in a home in New
Jersey, USA.
Chance
is playing at the rainbow bridge, where she runs freely, swims as
she pleases, and lazes in the warm sunshine.
Torina is keeping watch over us from the Rainbow
Bridge. She had a very meaningful life, and brought us great memories to
hold on to. Wimberway`s L`Torina Jaunenoir July 25, 1998- July 26, 2012.
Beth has so
much love to give, likes her cuddles and showing off to anyone who watches her
perform, but there's a serious side to her too where she wants everything to be
kosher. When she retired, she continued her traits where she rules the
parks in Toronto, and makes all the other dogs mind their manners... THEN they
can all play. LOL
Gemini
is retired as well, and living a wonderful life in Toronto where
she is #1, a well deserved ranking!
Easton
has always believed he is the "king", and now he has
moved into his own castle. :)
Arriba has retired from our breeding
program. After much deliberation of us being able to let her
leave us, we have been Blessed by a wonderful family who have
adopted her, and given her a ''forever home''.
Echo has
retired from our breeding program, & is living with Bishop, Sean & Amy
where she can be found lazing about and enjoying life...as she should!
Rain has
retired from our breeding program, and is now living with her super family, and
is ''queen bee'' of her own castle. :)
Vixen has
left our breeding program as well, and has moved in with a family who love her
quirky ways as much as we did! :)
Teegan was
not one of our ''mommas'', but was every bit as much a part of our family as
any. After 2 missed pregnancies we decided to listen to Mother Nature, and
place her with a lovely older couple whom embraced her the moment they saw
her. Teegan swims when she wants, strolls her property frequently
throughout the day, and curls up for her massage at night... an awesome home for
our special girl.
Cricket has been retired from our breeding program as she had 2 difficult
births. :( But the WONDERFUL side of that is she is living with Arriba...
buddies again... and a fantastic family to boot... :) ... if only ALL dogs
could be so lucky!!
Cha-Ching
moved to Masonridge Retrievers where she was in their breeding program until
retirement. She is now in her forever home, loving life with kids... well
and the adults too! :)
Jolie was
taken from us prematurely, and has left a huge hole in our hearts. She was
the true Labrador in every way - thank you Paul & Simone Pobega of
Grandriver Labradors (Canada) for allowing Jolie to be part of our lives.
Trooper
was our very special girl. She wasn't meant to be a part of our breeding
program, but she was a huge part of our family. Nobody can ever be
prepared for the loss of a young family friend who is taken suddenly, with no
chance to say good-bye.
Libby
has retired from our breeding program, and although it was very difficult for us
to let her go, we couldn't be more happy with her "forever"
home! Libby may have retired from being a momma here, but she has
continued her motherly duties with her new "baby", Joe!!
Mardi
has retired and will live the rest of her life with her new forever home... on
the farm, summer at the cottage, and winter in Toronto!
Nova
has retired from our breeding program, and will live in her forever home being
loved by a wonderful family, and spend her summer days swimming in her own
lake...no more little pond for her! :)
Dice has
surpassed our expectations, and is now the ambassador for Dominium Assistance
Dogs. She has a very special job - helping our soldiers with post
traumatic stress disorder learn to embrace life once again, and enrich their
lives. Dice has become best friends with her trainer and owner/operator of
Dominium Assistance Dogs, Lisa-Marie Guernon. Before Dice went to live
with Lisa-Marie, she left us a part of her... our very special boy, our gift,
Dallas.
Halley
has retired, and enjoying life with her new family. She is excelling in
obedience training, and soon will be in the ring to compete! She has not
lost her gift of making her humans laugh, and continues to be the comic at home
and in class! We kept a little girl from Halley, so we will always have a
piece of her with us. As difficult as it was to let Halley retire, we
could not have asked for a better home - full of love, compassion and very well
cared for. Halley is their only child. :)
Misty has
retired from our breeding program. She will live with us and continue to
rule the roost, as well as teach the young ones their manners.
We are very proud to introduce to you... our "unforgettables"...
And to our friends, who gave our dogs such wonderful, warm, caring, loving, homes, we dedicate to you "Memories".
