Rain has retired and once again ruling her own castle in Oakville, with a wonderful, loving, caring family!!!

Rain has been a great contributor to our breeding program, and we have been Blessed with two of her children, Cha-Ching and Cricket, and granddaughters Dice and Tikiki!

Rain is a very solid, well built girl with a "look at me attitude", and combined with beautiful conformation, she won our hearts, and is here to stay.

We entered Right As Rain for one day only to gain experience and become accustomed to the show ring. To our surprise, she came home with a Reserve Winners Bitch ribbon, having beat 12 other females who had already received championship points, and were of various ages. This means that Rain basically tied for 1st place, but the judge can only award "points" to one female... not too shabby for a senior puppy and first day out!

Rain travelled to Fredricton, New Brunswick with Tari Yates & professional handler Jennifer Palmay. Rain did us proud by placing:

• 1st at the Labrador Retriever Club of Canada in the 12-18 month bitch class.
•  
• She also placed 3rd, in the same class category in Sweepstakes.
•  
• Not yet finished with the East Coast, Rain also placed 3rd at the Atlantic Labrador Retriever Club.

Then homeward bound, and off Rain went to the Markham shows in Ontario with Jennifer, and once again, strutted her stuff. She placed:

Day 1 - Reserve Winners Bitch, & 3rd in the All Breed Sweepstakes.

Day 2 - Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best in Breed, & Group 4th (pictured at top of page) to achieve 3 points toward her Canadian Championship.

Day 3 - Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best in Breed, & Group 4th - 5 points

Day 4 - Winners Bitch and NEW CHAMPION!!!!

Rain was bred to our boy Chant and we now have a little girl Cha-Chi.!!! :-)
